The Bridgeport Ballerz is a free non-profit basketball program that operates under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our program is designed to teach valuable life skills to children living in inner-city areas by using the game of basketball as a tool. We strive to prepare our players for high-level competition while also emphasizing the importance of academic performance. As an organization, we hold our players to high standards of integrity and expect them to be exemplary citizens in their community.
